If your reel requires additional repairs beyond the standard service, we can handle it professionally and efficiently.

• Inspection and diagnosis: the technician will assess the reel and identify any repairs needed.

• Quote before work: A detailed quote will be provided for your approval before any repair is carried out.

• Inspection fee: £15 applies if you do not accept the quote. Please note that postage is not included in this fee.

• Repairs: Once approved, our technicians will carry out the required work to restore your reel.
