2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
There is no general minimum age to browse or purchase from our Website. By placing an order you confirm that any payment made is authorised by the account holder.
In accordance with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 and the Knives Act 1997, the purchase of bladed articles (including but not limited to fishing knives and multi-tools with a blade) is restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By purchasing any bladed article from our Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order for a bladed article where we have reason to believe the purchaser may be under 18, and to request proof of age where necessary.
The Little Voyagers membership is specifically designed for children under 16. A parent or legal guardian must register on the child’s behalf. See Section 17 for full details.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

Discount Codes
- Discount codes are personal and non-transferable. Sharing a code may result in cancellation of your membership. Paid membership fees are non-refundable.
- Each discount code may be used once only, unless otherwise stated.
- Only one discount code may be applied per order unless expressly approved by management.
Competitions
- Membership or following us on Facebook may grant entry into general competitions running at the time.
- Membership-only competitions may require completion of specific tasks. Failure to complete these tasks will void your entry.
- We reserve the right to cancel any competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, tickets may be transferred to a future competition at our discretion.
- Competitions are open to UK residents only unless stated otherwise. Winners will be notified via the contact details provided at time of entry.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
- Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and chosen service. A full pricing breakdown is available on our Shipping Policy page.
- Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over £50. Automatically applied at checkout. Free shipping is also included as a benefit of paid membership subscriptions.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
- Express / Next Working Day: Usually delivered next working day if ordered before the stated cut-off time.
- Royal Mail Parcel 24 Tracked: Next day if ordered before 12pm. Please note: rods cannot be sent via this service.
- InPost Locker: Collection from an InPost locker location. Available in small, medium, and large parcel sizes (all up to 15kg).
Our courier partners include Royal Mail, Evri, Fedex, DPD, InPost, and Yodel. The courier used will depend on the size and weight of your order. Please contact us if you have a preference or query.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Tracking and Confirmation

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@voyagershook.com.
- If a delivery is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed collection, re-delivery charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Risk of Loss

7. Returns and Refunds
Your Statutory Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is in addition to any rights under our Returns Policy below.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in writing within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@voyagershook.com. Goods must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Returns Policy
- Most products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are personalised, made-to-order, perishable, or have been used or opened are excluded from our standard returns policy unless faulty.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or faulty goods).
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if goods show signs of use or damage beyond what was necessary to assess the product. This can be upto 20% if the item is not returned back to us in as new condition. If of course the fault is our own, no restocking fee will apply.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Memberships
