3. Rod & Long Item Delivery
Rods and long items - including items over 120cm such as rods, net handles and similar - are delivered free to mainland UK, with no minimum spend.
4. Heavy Item Shipping
Certain individual products weighing 15kg or more require additional handling due to their size and weight. These items are clearly marked on their product pages and carry the following handling charge, in addition to standard shipping:

5. Highlands, Islands & Remote Area Delivery
Our couriers apply an additional charge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote parts of the UK. To keep our standard prices as low as possible for everyone, orders to the postcodes listed below are charged at the following rates.

Long Item Delivery (items over 120cm)
Rods and long items are delivered free to mainland UK, but to these areas they are sent via DPD, which charges more for remote delivery. For the Highlands, Islands and remote postcodes the following rates apply:

Which postcodes are affected?
The charges above apply to orders delivered to the following postcode areas:
Northern Ireland: BT (all)
Other UK islands & remote areas: IM (Isle of Man), GY & JE (Channel Islands), PO30-41 (Isle of Wight), TR21-25 (Isles of Scilly)
If your postcode is not listed above, your order is charged at our standard mainland rates. The whole of the Scottish central belt and lowlands - including Edinburgh (EH), Glasgow (G), Dundee (DD), Fife (KY), Aberdeen city (AB10-30) and the Borders (TD) - is charged as standard mainland. If you are unsure whether a surcharge applies to your address, please contact us before ordering.
6. Age-Verified Knife Delivery
In accordance with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 and the Knives Act 1997, all orders containing bladed articles must be delivered with age verification. You must complete the relevant form before purchase.

7. International Shipping
We ship across the EU. Rates depend on the destination country, which we group into two zones. Shipping to destinations outside the EU is available but requires you to contact us before ordering so we can provide an accurate quote.

8. Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

11. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or failed collection, re-delivery charges may apply.
