3. Long Item Shipping (Items Over 120cm)
Items over 120cm in length — including rods, some net handles, and similar items — require specialist handling and are subject to the following surcharge structure:

Examples: 1 rod = £9.98 | 2 rods = £14.97 | 3 rods = £19.96. We feel this structure is fair as you are not paying a fixed amount for multiple rods.
4. Heavy Item Shipping
Certain products weighing 15kg or more require additional handling due to their size and weight. These items are clearly marked on their product pages and are charged as follows:

5. Age-Verified Knife Delivery
In accordance with the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 and the Knives Act 1997, all orders containing bladed articles must be delivered with age verification. You must complete the relivant form before puchase.

6. International Shipping
We ship to EU countries as standard. Shipping to destinations outside the EU is available but requires you to contact us before placing your order so we can provide an accurate quote.

EU shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order:

- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment. The majority of orders are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

10. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or failed collection, re-delivery charges may apply.
