Standard Reel Servicing – cleaning, greasing, inspection, and minor consumables included. Available for single reels or bundles of three+. Insured postage included.
Reel Repairs – for any issues beyond a standard service. We inspect your reel and provide a quote for approval before any repair. An inspection fee of £15 applies if the quote is not accepted (postage not included).

Servicing takes on average 3-5 days from the time the reel arrives with the technician. A few factors outside of our control can affect this ie postal company delays.

Prices include insured postage both ways* and standard consumables. Any additional parts required for repairs are quoted before work is carried out.
If you have more than 3 reels the price will be discounted to reflect, please ask.
*postage is from us to the technician and back again, any postage between you and us will be charged extra.

of course, if you have 3 or 10 reels we can service these for you. the price will be adjusted in accordance with the quantity you have. please ask.

Only if your reel requires significant replacement parts. Minor consumables like oils and grease are included. Any parts needed are quoted for approval before any work is carried out. Many issues are resolved with a good clean and re-grease.

Drop off your reels locally, or
Post them to us safely.
All outbound and return postage between us and the technician is fully insured and included in the standard service price. For repairs, postage is not included in the £15 inspection fee should you decide not to have the repair carried out.

Most definitely. they will be packaged up by us in bubble wrap and a cardboard box before being shipped to the technician using Royal Mail 1st Class signed for postage. Your reels will be insured to the full retail value (or the nearest equivalent) on both legs of their journey. we will inspect and photograph your reels before we ship them and once they return to ensure you receive them in the same if not better physical condition than when you last saw them.

Payment for the standard service, or the inspection fee if a repair is required, is taken upfront before the reels are sent to the technician. If any additional work is needed, we will provide a quote for your approval. Once the work is agreed, an invoice will be issued, and payment must be cleared before the reels are returned to you.
